What is HealthQuest

 Twenty two women, have formed two teams and are competing in a “Biggest Loser’ type of contest… except the ladies are
competing with inside measurements, not weight.  The Healthquest is being held at D1, one of the top athletic training facilities in the United States by Carter Hays who is one of the nations most sought after trainers.

All sorts of tests have been run that tell the truth of our fitness levels and health… from Blood Glucose Levels to Body Mass Index to Flexibility. These  tests showed everyone the true state of our health.
